Description
Cushion for hot/cold therapy.
It is intended to provide cold or surface heat. Cold helps reduce swelling, inflammation and pain. Heat helps reduce pain, soothe and relax. The gel is not toxic and is safe for the whole family.

Mode of use
The bearing can be used cold or hot. It can be cooled in the freezer or in the refrigerator. It can be heated in hot water or microwave.
Use hands to distribute heat evenly. Always insert the gel pad into the supplied cover or in a clean towel, when applied on the skin.
Apply the bearing on the affected area until it is comfortable. When the gel bearing reaches the ambient tempera, heat it again.
The protective cover of the gel bearing can be applied quickly and conveniently, ensuring even more safety for the skin.
