How to use:
Take 1 capsule before breakfast for a week. Then take 1 capsule before breakfast and 1 capsule before lunch. Proceed for periods of 1 to 3 months, to be repeated in the dynamic phases of the weight loss and where a positive reinforcement is necessary in the phases of regression the demotivation (relapse).

Warnings:
