escholtzia has a marked sedative and hypnotic activity without giving secondary effects (neither dependence, nor addiction). It is therefore recommended in case of insomnia, anxiety and nightmares.
How to use:
2 or 3 capsules 2 times a day at meals.

the plant is used as a sedative and hypnotic and the activity has been able to refer to the alkaloids present including the protropin.
