Mode of use
For arthrosis of 1st and 2nd degree: 2 tablets daily, 1 in the morning when awakening and 1 in the evening before sleeping.
For arthrosis of 3rd and 4th grade: 4 tablets a day, 2 in the morning when awakening and 2 in the evening before sleeping.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied diet.

Store in a cool and dry place.
