Jujugal, melissa, valerian and griffonia food supplement that promote relaxation and mental well-being and melatonin, which contributes to the reduction of time required to sleep. The beneficial effect is achieved by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime.

Giuggiolo (Ziziphus jujuba and Miller, seeds) dry extract titrated to 2% jujuboside	30 mg 6 mg
Melissa (Melissa officinalis L., leaves) dry extract on maltodextrin and silicon dioxide 4% of rosemary acid	25 mg   1 mg
Valeriana (Valeriana officinalis L., roots) dry extract on maltodextrin and silicon dioxide titolate to 0.8% valerenic acid	25 mg   0.2 mg
Griffonia (Griffonia Simplicifolia (DC.) Baill., seeds) dry extract on maltodextrin 95% thytolate of 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP)	5 mg   4,75 mg
Melatonin	1 mg
Other ingredients; water; glycerol; fructose; cherry aroma; emulsifier (polysorbed); preservative (sorbate potassium); acidifier (citric acid).

Mode of use
We recommend taking 15 drops per day before bedtime. Shake before use.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product should be used in a varied and balanced diet and a proper lifestyle. We do not recommend use in cases of proven hypersensitivity towards one or more ingredients reported. Contains sugar. We do not recommend taking pregnant, during breastfeeding, in children under 10 years of age and in subjects with thyroid diseases. It is recommended to consult your doctor before taking the product in those subjects suffering from kidney and/or hepatic insufficiency, or taking medications such as tricyclic antidepressants, lithium, barbituric, MAO inhibitors, relaxing skeletal muscle, SSRI, antiparkinson medications, serotoninergic or ansiolitic drugs. It is recommended caution in taking the product in those who carry out activities that require constant and prolonged attention and coordination.

Conservation
Store in a dry place (temperature between 4°C and 25°C); avoid exposure to localized heat sources and solar rays. The expiry date refers to the correctly stored product, in a package.
