Benefibra powder is a food supplement based on soluble fiber derived from grain, with high fiber content. Benefibra promotes the balance of intestinal bacterial flora. Unsaturated, completely soluble, 100% vegetable. Contains negligible amounts of protein.

Mode of use
Adults and children over 12 years: from 1 to 3 sachets per day, depending on your needs;
Children between 7 and 11 years: 1 bag per day.
Pour the contents of a sachet of Benefibra in a glass or bottle of water, juices or drinks, or in semi-liquid foods, both hot and cold. Mix until the powder has completely dissolved.

Warnings
Do not administer the product in children under 7 years without medical advice. During pregnancy and nursing and in cases of gastrointestinal disorders consult your doctor before use. Do not use in case of allergy or hypersensitivity to the ingredient. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

Conservation
Store at a temperature below 30°C. Do not use if the bag is damaged.
