Fertility Monitor
Description
Clearblue Advanced Fertility Monitor is a monitor that controls and records information about fertility and pregnancy.
Check the levels of 2 key fertility hormones (estrogens and luteinizing hormone), identifying at each cycle your fertility range, when the probability of conception is maximum (the few days before and corresponding to ovulation).
The monitor reads simple urine tests to keep track of your personal hormonal levels and has been studied to identify every day when your fertility is high and maximum.
It helps to identify more fertile days than any standard LH-based ovulation test (Luteinizing hormone) and for each cycle offers more opportunities to get pregnant.
The simple touch screen says in which days you need to run urine tests and allows you to set a alarm as a reminder.
It is also possible to mark in the calendar when you have had a report and display in a screen all personal information about fertility of the last 6 menstrual cycles.
By reading the particular hormonal levels, the monitor displays every day the fertility level as "Basso", "High" or "Picco", so you can plan and optimize the chances of getting pregnant.
Clearblue Advanced Fertility Monitor allows you to perform pregnancy tests.
you can check if you are pregnant from 3 days before the scheduled day of the cycle. The monitor will calculate when the cycle may arrive, so you can find out how soon you are pregnant.
Mode of use
Before use, always read the instructions on the package and contained in the instruction book.
Configure the monitor and wait for the next menstrual cycle to begin before setting a new cycle and testing interval. The test range is a 6-hour period where you can test with the first morning urine.
Always start the test cycle with a sufficient number of fertility tests of the same batch for at least 10 tests.
Perform fertility tests when the monitor shows the test day screen and always during the time interval when testing.
Turn on every morning Clearblue Advanced Fertility Monitor during the time interval for the test, to see if you can test fertility.
You must always use the first urine in the morning or in any case the one obtained after the longer sleep period.
When you are ready for the test, extract a stick from the film and use it immediately.
Dip the absorbent tip down into the urine flow for only 3 seconds or, collect a urine sample in a clean and dry container and immerse in the urine the absorbent tip, for only 15 seconds.
Keeping the stick facing down, remove the cap from the handle and put it on the absorbent tip.
Dry the excess of urine from the stick.
Insert the stick immediately into the slot for monitor testing and place it on a flat surface.
Wait 5 minutes. The screen turns off after 1 minute, but the monitor continues to analyze the sample. The light flashes during the test.
At the end of the test a sound is emitted. If the monitor is off, turn it on again. The screen asks to remove the stick before displaying the result. Throw the stick used in normal household waste.
Read the results:
- Low: estrogen and luteinizing hormone (LH) levels are low; is unlikely (but not impossible) to get pregnant
- High: When the monitor detected an increase in the estrogen level, it displays "High". In the days that follow, the monitor will try to detect the peak of LH. It will continue to display "High" until the peak of LH is detected and "Picco" is not displayed. It is necessary to continue testing as required by the monitor.
The menstrual cycle varies from woman to woman and hormonal trends can be different, so the number of days with high fertility you will see is a personal feature.
- Peak: When the LH peak is detected, the monitor displays "Picco". You will notice that "Picco" will be displayed for 2 consecutive days. The most fertile period includes the day of peak LH and the next day (normally the day of ovulation).
If you used the monitor for a pregnancy test, the result will be displayed. The result will also be displayed on the calendar screen.
Warnings

Never use the stick again.
