Ingredients
Concentrated whey proteins milk (CFMF) (98%); aromas; thickener: carragenine; anti-agglomerating agent: silicon dioxide; eulcorant: sucralose; emulsifier: lecithin of soy; vitamin B6 microencapsulated (pyridoxin hydrochloride; emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids).
May contain traces of cereals containing gluten, eggs, soy, milk, sesame, nuts.

Mode of use
Prepare a portion by dissolving the contents of 1 scoop (about 30 g) in 150 ml of non-gassed water (or partially skimmed milk) using a shaker. It is recommended up to one serving per day depending on the intensity of the activity carried out and considering the other protein sources provided by the diet.
