Description
Proctological cream based on natural components.
It is a Medical device containing glyceric macerate of buds of hippocastane, extract of Asian Centella, glyceric extract of malva, esperidine and sodium hyaluronate that, thanks to the lenitive-protective action, lubricating and emollient of its components is useful for the treatment of symptoms such as burning, itching, irritation and spheral pain.
It therefore represents a valid aid based on natural components to favor the restoration of physiological conditions altered by hemorrhoidaria pathology, anal and proctiti ragades, providing excellent support to proctological therapies.
Its weakly acidic pH formulation respects the environment of the areas to be treated.
Property
- Glyceric Macerate from Ippocastane Gems: thanks to the mucoadhesive and moistening effect, it reduces burning, itching, irritation and pain from rubbing of the perianal area.
- Extract of Asian Centella: does antioxidant action by reducing hydroxide and inactivating free radicals and chelated metal ions.
- Malva glyceric extract: known for its soothing and humecting action. It therefore acts in favor of the mechanical action by attenuating the symptoms such as burning and nuisance by rubbing the perianal zone.
- Esperidina: increases venom-capillary resistance, making interstitial collagen more stable, and inhibits the formation of lisosomal enzymes responsible for endothelial wall damage. It carries a natural antioxidant and antiprostaglandinic action.
- Hyaluronic acid: it is a polysaccharide made up of un ramified chain glycosaminoglycans present in the connective tissue and plays an important role in tissue repair as it accelerates and modulates the processes of reepitelization due to injuries of different origin, restoring the tone and elasticity of the tissues. It also carries out a lubricant action that reduces the pain from rubbing during evacuation.
Mode of use
Determine the interested part thoroughly before applying the product. In case of external use, apply directly to the affected area. In case of internal application, use the endorect cannula to be screwed to the tube. Apply the cream on the affected area 3-4 times a day.
Unscrew the tube cap and turn it on the opposite side by pressing to pierce the aluminium seal (only at first use). Screw the cannula on the tube instead of the cap, screwing up to the end of the race without forcing. Apply the cream in the affected area. After use unscrew the cannula, clean it thoroughly with soap and running water and close the cream tube.
We recommend careful washing of the affected areas before the application. After application it is recommended to avoid evacuation for at least 20-30 minutes to avoid premature removal of the cream. In the impossibility, it is recommended to repeat the application after evacuation and after careful washing of the interested parties.

Do not use the product if the container was damaged or not closed at the time of first opening. Do not use the product after the expiry date printed on the external packaging.
Do not use the product in case of recognized intolerance to any of the components.
The product is not disposable. In case of reuse it is necessary to pay particular attention to the correct closure of the pipe and to the proper maintenance and cleaning of the cannula according to the methods of use mentioned above.
The long-term use of topical products can result in awareness-raising. In this case it is necessary to stop treatment and consult the doctor to establish suitable therapy. If after treatment symptoms persist consult your doctor.
The product can be used during pregnancy only in cases of actual need and under direct control of the attending physician.
Conservation
Store at a temperature below 30°C, in a cool and dry place, sheltered from light and away from heat sources.
