Therapeutic indications

Crystacide cream is formulated for the topical application in the treatment of primitive and secondary superficial skin infections caused by organisms sensitive to hydrogen peroxide.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the active ingredient or any of the excipients.

Population

Adults, elders and children : Crystacide cream applies 2–3 times a day on the infected part of the skin. The treatment period must not last for more than 3 weeks. On the wound can appear a dry film that can be removed by washing the part with water.

Conservation

Store at a temperature below 25° C, in a dry place.

Warnings

Avoid contact with eyes. Crystacide cream should not be used on large or deep wounds, or on healthy skin. Hydrogen peroxide can whiten the tissues. Salicylic acid is a mild irritant and can cause dermatitis. Crystacide Cream also contains glycol propylene which can cause skin irritation.

Interactions

Crystacide cream is incompatible with iodine, permanganates and other stronger oxidizing agents.

Effects

A slight burning sensation can be felt for a short time after the application.
