Indications
Dafneben favours the restoration of the normal endovaginal physiological condition.
The internal application of the gelling agent Gomma Guar forms on the vaginal mucosa a hydrogel after a few minutes from the unsolving of the capsules.
This hydrogel adheres to the vaginal wall and, producing a physical barrier to potentially pathogenic microorganisms, lubricates and humidifies the vagina.
Lactobacilli probiotic microorganisms (Lactobacillus Crispatus, Lactobacillus Jensenii, Lactobacillus Rhamnosus, Lactobacillus Reuteri) that are scattered in the vagina rebalance the internal microflora (Doderlein complex), enhancing the barrier effect of the hydrogel and favoring the restoration of the physiological pH (4,0-4,5), which in itself is a protective factor.
Inulin prebiotic is a substance that is not absorbed by the organism, but represents a selective nourishment for the microorganisms of the vaginal flora present in Dafneben, thus favoring their ability to colonize the vaginal ecosystem, with reduction of the recovery times of the normal microflora.
Lactobacilli are habitual non-pathogenic guests of the vagina, so Dafneben can also be used during pregnancy and nursing.
The gelling rubber Guar is to be considered safe as widely used as a food additive (E 412).
Dafneben is not absorbed, leaves no residue and is eliminated with physiological exudates normally produced by the vaginal mucosa.
Ingredients
Each capsule of vegetable hard jelly contains: Gomma garar, methyl-sulfonil-metano (MSM), Lactobacillus Crispatus, Lactobacillus Jensenii, Lactobacillus Rhamnosus, Lactobacillus Reuteri, Inulina, Magnesium stearate vegetable.

Mode of use
Before using carefully wash your hands, extract the capsule from the housing and insert it gently and as deeply as possible in the vaginal canal to favor the rapid dissolution, preferably in lying position, at the time of bedtime. The recommended dose is 1 capsule per day for 8 days, except for different prescription.
Warnings
Keep the product away from the sight and reach of children.
Do not take the product by mouth.
Do not exceed the recommended doses.
Do not use the product after the expiry date printed on the package, or if the packaging is damaged or lacerated.
When pregnant or breastfeeding use the product only after consulting your doctor.
If you experience any kind of irritation or adverse reactions, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
Do not use together with other medical devices or medications for vaginal use without first consulting your doctor.
Prolonged use of topical products applied on body surface can give rise to allergic sensitization phenomena.
