Indications
Capable of correcting, on a nutritional basis, the most nutrient requirements contained. These substances may be useful during the period of female climate change, which is sometimes accompanied by cardiovascular disorders, hot flashes, osteoporosis, mood disorders, dry mucosa and skin.

Posology and methods of use
- Initial dose: in the first month a double administration may be required, therefore it is recommended to take a capsule twice a day, preferably morning and evening.
- Maintenance doses: one capsule per day. For greater psychological well-being, take the product before going to bed.
Swallow the capsule with the help of any drink.

Vitamin and mineral supplement, based on racemosa cymicifuga (natural source of phytoestrogens), tilia, valerian, L-triptophan, L-fenilalanine (natural substances for psychophysical well-being), omega-6 (natural source of gamma-linoleic acid), minerals (magnesium and copper) and vitamins (C, E).
