The glucomannan, taken with plenty of water, helps maintain normal cholesterol levels in the blood. It is also indicated as an adjuvant in hypocaloric diets for weight reduction.

Mode of use
Dip the capsules with 1-2 glasses of water or pour the content in water (at least 100 ml for 2 capsules), mix well and drink immediately. Take the capsules preferably an hour before meals. The beneficial effect for cholesterol is achieved with a daily intake of 4 g glucomannan (4 capsules 2 times a day). The beneficial effect for weight reduction is achieved by daily intake of 3 g glucomannan in three doses of 1 g each (2 capsules 3 times daily), in the context of a hypocaloric diet.
