Description
Food supplement based on melatonin. Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to sleep. The beneficial effect is obtained with the intake, just before bedtime, of 1 mg of melatonin (equal to 5 drops of Dicoson drops). Melatonin also helps relieve the effects of timezone. The beneficial effect is obtained with the minimum intake of 0.5 mg just before bedtime, from the first day of travel and in the few days after arrival at destination.
