Silicone anal dilator indicated in the treatment of pathologies of the anore tract supported by the spherical hypertonin such as ragade, hemorrhoids and painful spasms after surgical treatments on the anorectal tract. It also finds effective use in post-surgical stenosis of the anal channel.
Anal ragade and generally all the painful states of the anus (syntomatic hemorrhoids with hyperthon, hemorrhoid thrombosis, pains after surgery and anal spasms) are usually associated with hyperthon of the internal anal sphincter. The “fungus” form of the probe allows the anchoring of the dilator above the puborettale muscle, giving heat not only to the inner sphincter but also to the puborettale muscle itself and to the musculature of the rectum detachment. This important function of Dilagent determines muscle releasing with healing effect in the oversized morbid states.
In addition, the contracture of the puborettale muscle is considered one of the main mechanisms for maintaining fecal continence. During defecation, the release of anal sphincter and puborettale fionda, allows the rectilineization of the anal-rect ano-channel tract thus favoring evacuation. If, on the contrary, during defecation, you have a paradox contraction of the puborettale muscle, the anorectal angle is acute for greater muscle tension, thus preventing the emptying of the rectal amp (anism).
The Dilagent probe promotes the release of the puborettal muscle thanks to the direct transmission of heat resulting therefore effective in the treatment of anism.

How to use
Before treatment, it is advisable to make a semicupo with hot water and Sapigen K for 5/8 minutes so as to relax the perian muscles. Once you remove the air contained in the probe by means of the supplied syringe, lubricate the dilator with abundant Dilatan Cream and insert it gently into the anus until the handle is contacted with the anal margin. For the first 2 or 3 days, inject 10/20 ml of hot water in the probe (40/45°). As the treatment proceeds, increase the amount of hot water up to a maximum of 50 ml. More quantities could cause a continuous and annoying stimulus to defecation. The length of the outflow allows you to easily perform such manoeuvres in full autonomy.
Treatment should be protracted for 3-4 weeks.
After each use, wash the probe with neutral soap and water. Dry with a soft cloth before storing. Use is strictly personal.
