Mode of use
Assuming a tablet to dissolve in the mouth with a particularly pleasant taste (MentArancio), this as well as making it more enjoyable intake, improves the absorption of its active components. One tablet a day. For better absorption it is recommended to take preferably away from meals.

Warnings
In renal failure or atrio-ventricular blockade it is preferable to avoid taking Magnesium supplements.
The exclusive use of natural substances without addition of dyes or whitenings can cause color and taste variations, typical of all natural products, which are not an index of altered quality and effectiveness of the product.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied diet. For pregnant or breastfeeding women and children please feel the opinion of your doctor.

Conservation
The expiration date refers to the product in a package that is integrated and correctly preserved. Do not consume after expiry.
