Ellirose: hibiscus (Hibiscus sabdariffa L.) dried extract flowers titrated to 40% in organic acids and 45% phenolic compounds, enflog [bromelina 2500 GDU/g, papain 500 TU/mg, protease from maltodextrin fermented by fungus (Aspergillus oryzae) 500000 APU/g], hydroxy-propyl-methylcellulose (gellan gum), anti-agglomerating agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, talc.
