Syrup: 100 ml of syrup contain: Active ingredients: Cascara sagrada fluid extract g 14,5; Fluid extract boil g 4.5; Chinese Rabarbarbaro fluid extract g 2.5. Covered tablets: Active ingredients: Cascara sagrada dry extract mg 70, Boldoa fragrans dry extract mg 20, Rabarbaro chinese dry extract mg 10.

Excellent

Syrup: Glycerin, methyl-p-hydroxybenzoate, ethyl alcohol 96^, Saccarosio, vanilla dye, orange dye, bitter G.M., purified water. Covered tablets: Silica precipitated, starch, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium carboxylcellulose, E 124, etylcellulose, glycerin, arabic rubber, lacquer rubber, magnesium stearate, sucrose, talc.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the product. Mechanical obstruction of the bile routes. Acute and chronic hepatopathy. Calculous biliary. Hepatic insufficiency.

Population

Covered tablets: 1-2 tablets coated daily before main meals. Do not exceed the recommended doses. Syrup: Adults: a teaspoon diluted in water before each of the two main meals. Children: the dose is only one teaspoon of coffee per day, before the evening meal. Do not exceed the recommended doses.

It's not necessary.

Warnings

Continuous use of laxatives can result in a different type of addiction or damage. Do not use laxatives if there are abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting. If the stipsi is stubborn consult your doctor. The product in particular the syrup contains sucrose; of this should be taken into account in case of diabetes or hypocaloric diets. Warnings: Do not use for protracted treatments. After a short period of treatment, without appreciable results, consult your doctor. Keep out of reach of children. Validity of the preparation: be careful not to use the preparation beyond the expiry date indicated on the package. A slight precipitate on the bottom of the bottle is due to plant extracts and is not an index of alteration of the product.

Effects

In particularly sensitive subjects, abdominal pain may arise, which normally disappears with the reduction of posology.

Overdosing

No known toxic symptoms from hyperdose.

In pregnancy, the product must be taken in cases of actual need under the direct control of the doctor while it is not recommended to use during breastfeeding because the anthraquinones are excreted in part with breast milk giving them purgative properties.
