Description
Food supplement based on escolzia, useful for natural relaxation (sleep, in case of stress). Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Ingredients
(Eschscholtzia californica Cham.) aerial parts e.s. (0.2% total alkaloids as protopine), valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) rhizome with roots e.s. (0.2% ac. valerenic), passiflora (Passiflora incarnata L.) aerial parts e.s., hops (Humulus lupulus L.) e.s., magnesium hydroxide (correspondent to magnesium); charge agent: microcrystalline cellulose; antiagglomerants: magnesium vegetable stearate and colloidal silica.
Dry extracts are supported on maize maltodextrin.

Take 2-3 tablets daily.
It is recommended to take 1 tablet in the late afternoon and 1 or 2 tablets an hour before bedtime.
