Description
Silicone disposable saddles for skin protection from contact with effluents, enzymatic liquids and medical device stickers. The Esenta wipes at the same time facilitate the adhesion of the device.
The EsentaTM protective wipes are made of medical-class viscose/polyester and are fitted in 3 ml of a formulation of silicone fluids and a silicone resin. Once used in the affected area, the silicone fluid acts as a vehicular to the resin that disperses on the skin leaving a thin protective layer on the skin surface. The wipes are individually packaged in hermetically closed sachets with tear opening. Each wipe is disposable. The fluid in which the wipes are soaked is transparent and colourless, dries quickly after application.
They protect the peristomal skin from alterations due to contact with effluents, enzymatic liquids and medical device stickers through a thin breathable silicone barrier. The protective layer is waterproof and provides a barrier to contact with stomal effluents by facilitating the adhesion of the device. The wipe should be passed on the skin surface and dries quickly leaving the skin soft, silky and ready for the application of a new device or a new dressing. The product helps soothe the skin reddened and irritated by reducing itching. To maintain complete protection, we recommend using the wipes after detersion to each device change. The formula of Esenta is designed not to form lumps. In contact with the skin does not burn even in the presence of irritations. The wipes do not leave the skin greased.

Conservation
The product must be stored in an environment where the temperature does not exceed 50 °C.
