Glucosamine, sulphate chondroitin, maltodextrin; acidity corrector: citric acid; hydrolyzed collagen; methylsulphonylmethane (MSM), sodium jaluronate; anti-agglomerating agent: silicon dioxide; aromas; eulcorant: sucralose; coloring: beet red.

Mode of use
It is recommended to take &frac13 of sachet per day (equal to 1.7 g) to dissolve in at least 200 ml of water.
