Description
Medical device Class IIB (Directive 93/42/EEC). Disposable. Sterile.
Open armored cotton wool, not adhering, evenly impregnated with polyethyleneglycol cream containing Hyaluronic Acid and Natural Extracts (Asian and Dioic Urtica). Fylladerm determines an acceleration of tissue regenerative processes, as, thanks to its particular composition, it favours the migration of cells ready to form the new tissue. The basic principle is to create a barrier effect, which allows the restoration of optimal conditions for the healing process. Fylladerm does not adhere to the skin lesion and allows the free drainage of the skin allowing the passage of the exudate to a secondary absorbent dressing. The dressing is optimally tolerated by the skin, conformable, adaptable and easily applicable.
Product free from latex.
Mode of use
Before applying the area concerned. Remove the dressing from the packaging and apply, gently, into a single layer directly in contact with the surface of the lesion. If necessary, cover with a secondary absorbent dressing and fix with bandage or with bandage. Before any new use, it is recommended to clean the wound with physiological solution.
The frequency of the change of the dressing depends on the clinical conditions of the skin lesion and varies from one to more applications per day, always paying attention that the dressing remains always humid and soft. Compete with the doctor the evaluation of the frequency of the change of the dressing and the definition of the number of applications. It is recommended not to leave the dressing in situ for extended times. If, in fact, the dressing is left in situ for a prolonged period, it can adhere and damage the tissue when removed. In these cases, before removing it, put on another fat gauze to impregnate the underlying one.
Components
Open armored cotton wool. The warp threads (96 for 10 cm) and in texture (94 for 10 cm) are properly interwoven to minimize the fraying, in case the dressing is cut in the desired shape.
Warnings
Do not use in sensitive cases known to product components. Prolonged use may lead to awareness-raising. In this case it is recommended to stop the therapy immediately and consult the doctor. Keep the device out of reach of children. After use do not disperse the product in the environment. Do not use if the packaging is not integrated. Do not use beyond the expiry date indicated on the package. Do not leave the medicine in situ for periods of time greater than those indicated by the clinical protocol. Disposable device. Reuse can cause microbial contamination and/or loss of functionality of the device.
In case of home use, the device can be disposed of as assimilable refusal to undifferentiated urban spaces. In the hospital environment it must be disposed of as a clinical refusal according to the current legislation.
Conservation
Store in a cool and dry place, sheltered from heat, light and humidity.
