PROTECTOR OF THE FINGER
Description
Medical device Class I Reg. (EU) 2017/745 and s.m.i.
Dita-polso splint, modelable to maintain in bending the metacarpo-phalangea and proximal interfalangea joints. The medical device provides immobilization and effective treatment of long fingers lesions of the hand.
Can be used in a palm or dorsal position.
Postal and next fixed straps and two repositionable intermediate straps.
Mode of use
Open the four straps. Place on the stick the injured finger along with the nearest finger longer. Close the belt at the end of the fingers and that of the wrist. String the intermediate straps, one around the fingers and the other around the hand. These two straps can be repositioned along the tear closures.
Unless otherwise prescribed, it is recommended to model the stem to obtain a bending of the metacarpo-phalangea articulation of 60°-70°, the next inter-falangea of 10°-20° and the inter-falangea extension.
Washing
Hand wash in warm water with neutral soap or detergent, rinse well, gently squeeze, let dry horizontally. Do not bleach, do not dry in dryer, do not iron, do not wash dry.
Components
100% polyamide.
100% aluminium.
Warnings
It is advisable, for the first time, to place the product from a qualified operator and to autonomously perform subsequent placements in the same mode.
Do not extend the use of the product without the advice of the doctor.
The product has been studied for use by one person, not to use it on more people.
The product should not be used in direct contact with skin.
When adjusting the straps, tender them so that they are stable but comfortable.
The tutor should not be used if a relative, absolute immobilization or surgery is necessary.
In case you encounter problems in the use of the product such as the appearance of pain or obvious local signs, remove it and contact a healthcare provider.
In the event of a serious accident following the use of the product, contact the manufacturer and the health care provider of territorial competence.
Conservation
Store in a dry environment, sheltered from excessive heat and light.
