Food supplement based on pure melatonin 1 mg enhanced with griffonia and hyperico, indicated in all physiological conditions of increased requirements of such elements. Melatonin contributes to the reduction of time required to sleep* and to alleviate the effects of jet-lag**. Dry extracts of griffonia and hyperico promote mental well-being and relaxation, as well as keeping the normal tone of mood. The mini-compresses, easy to swallow, are characterized by a "fast/slow" modulated release system that allows a transfer of fast and prolonged components.
*The beneficial effect is obtained with the intake, just before bedtime, of 1 mg of melatonin.
**The beneficial effect is achieved by taking, just before bedtime, a minimum of 0.5 mg on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at destination.

Ingredients
Hyperic (hypericum perforatum l., herba c. floribus) dry extract titrated in hypericin; charge agent: microcrystalline cellulose; maltodextrin; oats (oat sativa l., fructus) dry extract; vegetable stearine; antiagglomerants: silicon dioxide; magnesium stearate, carbossimetilcellulose sodium reticulate, talc; griffonia (griffonia simplicifolia (dc.) baill., semen) dry extract; melatonin; coating agent: etilcellulose; dye: chlorophyll.

Mode of use
1 mini-compressed a day just before bedtime.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. If you take medications, before using the product ask for your doctor’s advice because the hyperic extract may interfere with their metabolism by inhibiting the activity. Hyperic extract is contraindicated in pediatric age and in teenager.

Conservation
Store in a cool and dry place away from the light and localized heat sources, from solar rays and avoid contact with water.
