Description
Food supplement based on lactase. Contains: lactase (beta-galattosidase), which improves lactose digestion in individuals who mitigate lactose.
Ingredients
Edulcorante: mannitol; lactase enzyme (beta-galattosidase); charge agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-agglomerating agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Mode of use
Take a chewable tablet before meals, preferably just before taking milk, dairy products (burr, cheese, milk and lact-derivati) or other foods containing lactose. A chewable tablet possesses an enzyme activity useful to degrade about 10 g lactose (equivalent to about 200 ml of milk). To assist the physiological metabolism of lactose, it is necessary to take Mill&Joy to each meal containing lactose. In cases of particular need, the daily dose can be increased up to 5 chewable tablets per meal consumed.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not assume in case of hypersensitivity or allergies to one or more components. Excessive consumption can have laxative effects. Lactose tolerance is variable, so it is appropriate to ask your physician or pharmacist about the role of that substance in your diet.
Conservation
Store in a cool and dry place, at a temperature between 15 and 25°C, sheltered from light and/or heat sources.
