Description
Food supplement with sunflower phosphatidylserine, vitamin D3, vitamin B5 and selenium.
Vitamin B5 helps reduce fatigue and fatigue and maintain normal mental performance.

Charge officer: microcrystalline cellulose (cellulose gel); hydroxy-propyl-methylcellulose (ingredient capsule), phospholipids derived from sunflower powder enriched in phosphatidylserine at 60%; anti-agglomerating agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; Ranchilian cladonia [Cladonia rangiferina (L.) Webex ex F.H. Wigg., thallus] e.s. tit. 0.25% in vitamin D3 (colecalciferol), vitamin B5 (coated pantothenate), L-selenometionin.
Without gluten.
Of course without lactose.

Mode of use
It is recommended to take 2 capsules per day, to swallow with a glass of water, for ten days and continue with 1 capsule per day for the next 10 days.
