Zinc contributes to the normal maintenance of hair, nails, bones and skin; selenium contributes to maintaining hair and nails; biotin contributes to the maintenance of skin, hair and mucous membranes.

Ingredients
Silicon dioxide; Coating agent: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, corn starch, zinc gluconate, manganese gluconate, sodium selenitis, biotin.

Mode of use
1 capsule per day away from meals, accompanied by a glass of water.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
