IRON FORTE
Description
Food supplement of iron, folic acid and vitamins with plant extracts. Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin, to the normal transport of oxygen in the organism; folate (folic acid) contributes to normal hemopoiesis and to the growth of maternal tissues in pregnancy; supplementary intake of folic acid increases the state of the maternal folate, a low state of the maternal folate is a risk factor for the development of neural tube defects in the fetus*; iron and vitamin B12 contribute to the reduction of fatigue and fatigue; vitamin C increases the absorption of iron.
*The target population consists of women in fertile age; the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 400 mcg of folic acid daily, at least one month before and for the three months following conception.
