Description
Hypertonic solution 3% in monodose format, without preservatives, for nebulization, which acts through various mechanisms that facilitate the movement of the secretions of the respiratory tract, improving breathing through the following ways:
· breaking ionic bonds in the mucous gel, thus reducing the secretion level of viscosity and elasticity;
· absorbing water from the mucosa and submucosa, thus reducing swelling from the walls of the respiratory tract;
· inducing cough and excreate, which can help eliminate mucus from bronchi, improving obstruction of the respiratory tract.
Inhalation therapy is particularly suitable for patients suffering from bronchiolite, acute bronchitis, cystic fibrosis and chronic obstructive broncopneumopathy (BPCO). It can also be used as a vehicle of other pharmaceutical inhalation products.

Composition
Sterile solution of chloride sodium 3%.

Mode of use
It can be used with any kind of nebulizer. It is recommended to follow the instructions provided by the device manufacturer. Use 4 or 5 ml solution in inhalation therapy or in accordance with the prescription.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children.
This product is free of preservatives.
After opening, the vial should be used immediately and thrown after use, to avoid the risk of contamination and cause any infection.
Do not use in combination with other medications, unless indicated by your doctor.
In very sensitive patients, administration must be carried out according to prescription, as it may be necessary to take a bronchodilator.
In case of persistent bronchospasm or cough, stop treatment and consult your doctor.
Do not use the product after the expiry date.
Do not use if the vial is damaged.

Conservation
Do not store at a temperature above 25°C.
Validity of whole packaging36 months.
