Isonebial KIT
Description
Assembled (Kit) containing 3 medical devices bearing CE marking (Isonebial, Spray-sol and Luer-Lock syringe).
- Isonebial Kit is suitable for daily cleaning of nasal pits. It softens the mucus by favoring its elimination and restores a proper degree of hydration of dry or intersected nasal mucosa, improving breathing. The ectoin contained in Isonebial has a protective effect and a moisturizing action that gives relief to the irritated mucosa. The solution contained in monodose bottles can be administered via Spray-sol or even with aerosol therapy.
- Spray-sol is a medical device specifically designed to perform topical treatments of nasal and sinus cavities and allows rapid administration of the solution through nebulization in particles of magnitude between 10 and 20 microns, suitable for the treatment of upper airways. Thanks to its specially designed shape, it adapts ergonomically to the baby's nostril, but can also be used by the adult.
Spray-sol is indicated for use by only one patient, but can be used several times. Therefore, careful cleaning is very important after each use to ensure its optimal operation and ensure its durability. Wash Spray-sol under the warm current water, with the possible addition of a neutral soap drop (not abrasive). Before cleaning it, dry Spray-sol with a soft cloth.
Mode of use
To use Isonebial Kit correctly you need:
- detach a single-dose bottle and heat it between the hands before administering the solution;
- open the bottle by turning the hood, connect it to the syringe included in the package and aspire the solution to nebulize;
- fix the syringe, filled with the solution to nebulize, screwing it to the specific spray nozzle;
- in infants and small children (under 3 years and in any case according to the level of collaboration) it is necessary to wash in position lying on one side, holding the head reclined on one side and inserting gently Spray-sol in the upper nostril. Push energetically on the syringe piston to nebulize the solution;
- in older children and adults, keep the bust forward with the head slightly tilted on one side and insert Spray-sol in the upper nostril. Push on the syringe piston to nebulize the solution;
- repeat the same operations for the other nostril, trying to equally divide the solution contained in the syringe between the two nostrils;
- before storing the device rinse the syringe under the running water and wash Spray-sol.
It is advisable to comply with the following frequency of use:
- Milkers: instill some drops in each nostril, several times a day, usually before the stern or before sleeping.
- Children and Adults: 1-3 nostril washes, several times a day.

Each Isonebial bottle contains: sodium chloride; ectoine; phosphate sodium, polyvinylpyrrolidone, water. It contains no preservatives.
