Description
Food supplement based on myo-inositol, D-chiro inositolo, gymnema, chromium, manganese, vitamin D, folic acid from Quatrefolic and melatonin.
The gymnema promotes the metabolism of carbohydrates and lipids and is useful for controlling hunger, manganese contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Chromium contributes to the normal metabolism of macronutrients and to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels, folate contributes to the reduction of fatigue and fatigue.

Mode of use
We recommend daily intake of 1 or 2 stick packs, to dissolve directly in the mouth or to dissolve in a glass of water.
Warnings
