Mode of use
For adults and children over 12 years we recommend 1 or 2 tablets per day, to be taken in the evening with water, before bedtime.

The product can have laxative effect.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under three years of age.
Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied diet.

Conservation
