Description
Food supplement based on melatonin, teanine and plant extracts.
Melatonin helps alleviate the effects of jet lag and reduce the time required to sleep. The beneficial effect of melatonin on the effects of jet lag is achieved by taking, just before bedtime, a minimum of 0.5 mg of melatonin on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at destination. The beneficial effect for reducing the time required to take sleep is achieved by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime.
Valerian and exile help to achieve relaxation, useful in case of stress, and with the chamomile to promote sleep.
Melissa is useful to promote relaxation and mental well-being and maintain the normal tone of mood.
With sugar and sweetener.
Ingredients
Water, fructose syrup, concentrated apple juice fruit (Malus domestica Borkh), L-theanine, valerian root (Valeriana officinalis L.) e.s. tit. 0.42% valerenic acid, melissa leaves (Melissa officinalis L.) e.s. tit. 0.8% rosemary acid, herb eschscholtzia californica Cham.) e.s. tit. 0.35% protopine, chamomile capolini (Matricaria chamomilla L.) e.s. tit. 0.3% apigenine, sweet orange pericarp (Citrus aurantium L. var. dulcis) o.e., acidifier: citric acid; preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate; melatonin, eulcorant: sucralose.
Without gluten.
Of course without lactose.
Mode of use
Shake very well before use. It is recommended to take 20 or 40 drops per day, before bedtime. Take the pure or diluted product in water, herbal tea or other drink to taste.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
The possible presence of sediment and a possible variation of color and taste, even from batch to batch, are a consequence of the use of ingredients of natural origin, which do not affect the quality of the product.
Conservation
