Descrizione Clinica
Prostate Licoser 30cpr
LICOSER
Food supplement based on Serenoa repens, lycopene, zinc, vitamin E, useful to fill deficiencies in case of increased needs or reduced intake with diet. It can be used as an adjuvant in maintaining the physiological properties of the prostate gland.Serenoa Repens (synonym for Sabal Serrulata)
Plant widespread in the United States, South Europe and North Africa. The most important chemical constituents are different sterols, free fatty acids, carotenoids, essential oils and polysaccharides.
Useful for the proper functioning of the urinary tract and prostate.
Licopene
Natural pigment belonging to the class of carotenoids, is characterized by antioxidant properties similar to those of beta-carotene, but it is much more powerful, therefore much more effective in preventing the damage of free oxygen radicals. In nature Licopene is present in tomatoes and other vegetable substances; equipped with high antioxidant activity, is considered among the carotenoids the most powerful "scavanger" (spazzino) of the free radicals of oxygen.
Urtica Dioica
Perennial herbaceous plant, native to western Asia, spread in all temperate regions, Italy included. In modern phytotherapy the root plays a prominent role, in fact it is rich in phytosterols (α-sitosterol, daucosterol and its glucosides), with mechanism of action similar to those of the Serenoa but also contains lecitines (scopoletine) that inhibit the EEGF (Epidermal Grow Factor) a factor of cellular growth that reduces the symptomatology and also partially. Therefore the root extract of Urtica Dioica is of particular benefit to limit the growth of the prostate tissue induced by androgens and in particular by dihydrotestosterone.
Green tea
It is derived from the buds of the leaves and the young leaves of the plant known as "Camelia sinensis". The peculiarity of this plant is given by the high antioxidant potential.
It contains neither gluten nor sugar.
