Food supplement based on an association of three active ingredients (diosmina-cumarina-arbutina) to develop a strong and rapid intervention on lymphatic and/or venous edematoses, also of different heziopathogenesis. The strong draining function improves the filtration/resorption ratio of the microcirculation/extracellular functional unit and is exercised both at the local level, and with an increase in diuresis.
To this action is added that of the diosmina that, by adjusting the ratio of phybrinolysis/fibrinosynthesis, creates an endothelial fibrin film reducing its permeability, edema and increasing the venous tone.
On the lymphatic vases, however, cumarin intervenes both on the tone of the vasal smooth muscles and above all amplifies the extracellular macrophagical activity and the consequent lysis of the colloidosmotic fractions that support the edema. It thus increases reabsorption and diuresis.
Arbutin also contributes to the increase of diuresis with its direct action that is added to that of cumarin. The functional improvement of microcirculation/matrix structures and the increase of draining activity and subsequently diuretic, induce a strong action on the edematose state also derived from lymphaticism, trauma, compressions, lymphadenectomy, ionizing radiation, sequel to surgical interventions, synovitis, arthrites, mesotherapy.

Meliloto dry extract titrated 17 % cumarin	180 mg 30.6 mg
Uva Ursina dry extract 10 % Arbutin	17 mg 3.7 mg

Mode of use
Take 1 tablet per day, even close to meals, for long periods and however defined by the attending physician.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under three years of age.
Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied diet.
Contraindicated in pregnancy, breastfeeding and in children under 12 years.
There are no known interactions with other drugs.
A brown color of the urine may appear, a sign of the diuretic activity of the arbutin, which must not alarm.
