Griffonia is a woody plant widespread in the humid tropical areas of Africa belonging to the family of leguminous. The interest in griffonia seeds is mostly given by the presence of 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP), amino acid natural precursor of serotonin neurotransmitter.
Griffonia promotes normal mood tone, hunger sense control, relaxation (sound) and mental well-being.
