Ingredients
FenuLife (Greek Hay Semen); charge agent: microcrystalline cellulose; antiagglomerants: stearic acid, vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide. Capsula of vegetable origin in hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.
It does not contain gluten.

Take two capsules twice a day with a glass of plenty of water 15 minutes before meals.
