Description
Food supplement of high absorption magnesium citrate, one of the forms in which Magnesium is more absorbable. Magnesium is an essential mineral for muscle contraction, reducing cramps, and supporting the cardiovascular system. It promotes the development and maintenance of healthy bones and teeth, which makes it essential especially during pregnancy, breastfeeding, and for post-menopausal women. It is also beneficial during the menstrual cycle and premenstrual syndrome (PMS).

Magnesium Citrate, Ligating Agent: Maltodextrin; Charge officer: Microcrystalline cellulose; Coating agent: Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; Antiagglomerants: Vegetable stearic acid, Silicone Dioxide, Magnesium stearate vegetable; Humidifier: Glycerine; Stabilizer: Sodium croscaramelloso.
No salt, sugar, dyes, preservatives and added artificial aromas.
Without Yeast, Soy, gluten, Fruit and derivatives of Milk (lactose).

Mode of use
Adults and children over 12 years of age, two tablets daily, preferably on an empty stomach.
Warnings
