Magnesium

Food supplement based on Magnesium, with vitamins of group B, useful in case of reduced intake with diet or increased organic requirements of such nutrients. Magnesium can be useful for maintaining the structure of bones and teeth, and in association with vitamins B1, B5 and B6 actively contributes to support the energy metabolism of the organism; magnesium and pantothenic acid also help to reduce the feeling of fatigue and fatigue, while vitamins B1 and B6 intervene in the physiological functioning of the nervous system.

Ingredients
Magnesium oxide; charge agent: microcrystalline cellulose; magnesium citrate; magnesium lactate; antiagglomerants: silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate; vitamin B5 (pantotenate calcium); vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride); vitamin B1 (thiamin hydrochloride).

Mode of use
1 tablet per day to swallow with the intake of a liquid, preferably in the morning.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Conservation
Store in a cool and dry place, at a temperature below 30°C. The expiry date refers to the correctly stored product, in a package.
