Magnesium, involved in over three hundred enzymatic processes, is one of the great regulators of the body’s energy cycles. It is essential for the use of energy, and it is necessary for the functionality of the muscles (including the heart), as well as for the functionality of the nervous system. Tied to oxiproline - the natural amino acid that increases its bioavailability - and therefore has a very high assimilation. The same oxiproline, or pidolic acid, becomes an active component of the formula for its antioxidant action as a precursor of Glutatione and as a support for tissue reconstruction by entering collagen metabolism.
Indicated for cramps, spasms, tremors, physical and mental fatigue, depression, restlessness, disturbed sleep, lack of concentration.
Composition (per dose 4 tablets of 1 gram)

Magnesium L-pidolato, microcrystalline cellulose, bibasic phosphate calcium, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate.
Mode of use
To swallow 4 tablets daily, with water, 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening. There are no contraindications in taking the product away from meals. The particular composition also allows not to alter the bioavailability of the product also taking it along with food.
