Magnesium, involved in over three hundred enzymatic processes, is one of the great regulators of the body’s energy cycles. It is essential for the use of energy, and it is necessary for the functionality of the muscles (including the heart), as well as for the functionality of the nervous system. Tied to oxiproline - the natural amino acid that increases its bioavailability - and therefore has a very high assimilation. The same oxiproline, or pidolic acid, becomes an active component of the formula for its antioxidant action as a precursor of Glutatione and as a support for tissue reconstruction by entering collagen metabolism.
Fruttooligosaccharides (FOS) have numerous interesting properties, have sweetening power without being calories or increasing blood sugar, do not cause caries and are considered in the same way as an insoluble dietary fiber.
The FOS are not hydrolysed by human digestive enzymes and are not absorbed by the intestinal mucosa, so they come unaltered in the colon where they are fermented by the intestinal microflora by increasing the bifidobacteria, resulting in an improvement of blood sugar as well as an increase of HDL cholesterol in elderly subjects; the FOS increase the absorption of some minerals (especially calcium and magnesium).
Indicated for cramps, spasms, tremors, physical and mental fatigue, depression, restlessness, disturbed sleep, lack of concentration, anxiety, irritability, premenstrual syndrome, stipsis, overweight.
Composition (per dose 5 ml)

Ingredients
Water, Magnesium L-pidolato, Fruttooligosaccharides, Glycerin, Lactic Acid, Sorbate Potassium, Lemon Aroma, Carbossimetilcellulose.
Mode of use
Shake before use, pour into the appropriate mixture up to 5 ml and take it once a day pouring into a glass of water or in a juice of natural fruit.
Notes The recommended dose is 5 ml per day. The product is in liquid form and can also be taken mixed with foods or drinks. Avoid contact with metal dishes not to disperse the ion charge.
