Description
Vitamin D3 supplement, of vegetable origin, from Icelandic Lichene. Easy to dose and pleasant taste. For adults and children. Vitamin D3 promotes the health of bones and teeth, contributes to the absorption of calcium and phosphorus and its integration is recommended, in particular, to children and young people in growth. Vitamin D3 also contributes to the normal function of the immune system.
Suitable for vegans.

Mode of use
For better absorption, full stomach intake is recommended.
Children 3-10 years: 1 tablet every 5 days (400 IU per day).
Kids, pregnant women and nursing: 1 tablet every 4 days (500 UI per day).
Adults: 1 tablet per day (2000 IU).
Warnings
