Food supplement of creatine, amino acids (glutamine and taurine), carnitine, vitamins (C, B1, B2, B6) and zinc useful in case of deficiency or increased requirements of such nutrients.

Ingredients
Creatine monohydrate; L-glutamine; taurine; L-carnitine smoked; vitamin C (acid L-ascorbito, etilcellulose); aroma (destrose from corn, maize maltodextrin, aromas, E414, E320); zinc citrate; maltodextrin from potato; antiagglomerating: silicon dioxide; sweeteners: acesulphame K; aspartame; pyridoxine hydrochloride; tiamina hydrochloride; riboflavin.

Mode of use
Pour the contents of 1 envelope into a glass of water and mix until complete dispersion of the product. We recommend taking 1 envelope per day.

Warnings
The product contains aspartame (a source of phenylanin). Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. You need to feel the doctor's opinion in case of prolonged use (over 6-8 weeks). Do not take the product in case of liver or kidney disease. For pregnant or breastfeeding women and children it is recommended to feel the medical advice. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied diet.

Conservation
Store at controlled ambient temperature (15-30°C), avoid exposure to localized heat sources, solar rays and contact with water.
