Description
Melatonin contributes to the reduction of time required to take sleep and relieve the effects of jet-lag.
The beneficial effects are obtained with the intake, just before bedtime, of: 1 mg of melatonin (slee); a minimum of 0.5 mg on the first day of travel, continuing for a few days after arrival at destination (jet-lag).

Maize or rice maltodextrin, arabic rubber*, microcrystalline cellulose*, melatonin, magnesium stearate of vegetable origin**.

Mode of use
It is recommended to take 1 pill (0.4 g) before going to sleep. To reduce the jet-lag effect it is recommended to start taking the first day of travel and continue for a few days after arrival at destination.
