Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal synthesis of cysteine, energy metabolism, the functioning of the nervous system, homocysteine metabolism, protein metabolism and glycogen, normal psychological function, red blood cell formation, immune system function, fatigue reduction and fatigue, and helps regulate hormonal activity.
