Food supplement based on Cistina, Methionine, Zinc, Copper and other vitamin-mineral factors (Betacarotene, Vitamin C and E, Selenium). It is intended to rebalance the food supplies of these nutrients (sometimes lacking). The presence of Zinco and Selenio is useful for the life and well-being of hair and nails. Contains wheat gluten.

Ortica (Urtica dioica L.) dry extract from root on maltodextrin	0.045 g	3

Other ingredients: jelly; L-cistine; soybean seed oil; resistance agent: glycerol (E422); ascorbic acid (vitamin C); L-methionine; zinc sulphate; thickener: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids (E471); d,l-alpha tocoferil acetate (vitamin E acetate); natural betacarotene at 30% in sunflower oil; emulsifier: colza lecithin (E322); dyes: iron oxides (E172), copper sulphate, selenite sodium.

Mode of use
Take 3 capsules daily to swallow with water, one after each meal, for at least 2 months.

Warnings
Do not exceed the doses indicated. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The product must be kept out of reach of children under 3 years of age. For pregnant or breastfeeding women and children it is recommended to feel the medical advice.

Store in a cool and dry place at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
