Blueberry plus concentrated juice is a product that exploits the properties of a group of substances called anthocyanins, of course present in the berries of Mirtillo, which constitute a valid help to assist the physiological functionality of microcirculation and vision. In addition to this specific group of substances, the fruits of Blueberry are rich in other organic components that in synergy between them determine the well-known health properties always recognized to this plant. The blueberry plus concentrated juice is obtained with a production process that preserves the qualities of fresh berries that, once collected and frozen in the places of origin, are then subjected to press and concentration at very low temperature in order to leave unchanged the characteristic components of this fruit. You get a highly concentrated product (about 8.6 kg of fresh berries are required to obtain 1 kg of concentrated juice) which is able to guarantee, at the recommended doses, an adequate supply of functional active ingredients.
