       Black blueberry berries
The titular dry extract of blueberry is able to improve night vision. In fact, it facilitates regeneration of rhodopsin, which is the retinal pigment essential for vision in low light conditions. Its usefulness at the eye level is not limited only to this, in fact it is able to fight the fragility and excessive vasal permeability through a capillary-protective action both at the level of the blood vessels of the retina and the peripheral ones. These actions are explained by the fact that anthocyanins are capable of inhibiting the activity of certain enzymes (elastasis and collagenases) that destroy collagen and elastic tissues.
       Vitamin A
It is one of the essential factors for the view, as it represents the main constituent of rhinoxin, the light-sensitive substance on the retina. Lack of retinol involves defects to sight.
       Vitamin C

Mode of use
It is recommended to take a sachet a day or as necessary by melting it in half a glass of water.
