MUCOSAMIN COLLUTORIA
Helpful in the regenerative process of oral mucosa.
Mucosamin collutorio is a medical device with predominantly protective action of oral mucosamines, made in accordance with Directive 93/42/EEC MDD. The product contains hyaluronic acid, the main component of connective tissue and amino acids intended to promote collagen formation.
Mucosamin collutory, by means of the protective action explicated by the components, is intended to assist the regenerative process of the oral mucosa in order to favor a quick healing of the areas of ulceration and the contemporary reduction of pain. Mucosamin collutory for its properties finds specific use in conjunction with the beginning of radiological therapy or chemotherapy in order to reduce the incidence of mucousitis, in the treatment of mucousitis from radiotherapy and chemotherapy, in the ulcerative pathology of the oral cavity (e.g. pemfigo, syndrome syndrome, erosive lichenplanus), in the recurrent aftous stomatitis, following oral interventions.
It is a solution that can be used to hydrate the oral mucosa on which a protective action is performed.
It relieves the irritative states of the oral cavity, usually caused by mucosites.
It reduces sensitivity to external attacks by assisting the process of repairing oral cavity tissue while at the same time promoting the maintenance and restoration of physiological conditions.
The oral cavity lesions are characterized by erythema and recurrent mucosa ulcers with urging pain of varying severity. Severe mucosite forms have a heavy impact on the quality of life and can compromise the ability to tolerate the programmed therapeutic plan. Oral mucosite induced by radiotherapy or chemotherapy is a frequent side effect in cancer patients. The damage of the mucosa develops through an initiation phase followed by a phase of amplification of the damage: the result is a phase of ulceration followed in variable times by a phase of repair of the tissue.
Mucosamin collutory, due to its moisturizing and protective characteristics of oral mucosa, is indicated in conjunction with the beginning of radiological therapy or chemotherapy in order to reduce the incidence of mucousitis. Mucosamin collutory, in the treatment of lesions of various etiology of oral cavity, forms a film that covers and protects the ulcerated mucosa favoring a faster reduction of pain and burning. Hyaluronic acid and amino acids then enter into action in the regenerative phase of mucosite and promote the repair of the oral mucosa.
After cleaning the oral cable, carry out shawls on the whole oral cable and on the lesion area. It is always appropriate to associate a diet without acidic or spicy foods.
Mode of use
Make three-four applications daily, using 5-10 ml of product and distributing it evenly throughout the oral cavity: keep in your mouth for at least one minute. Do not rinse after treatment. It is possible to carry out gargles for the lower parts of the oral cavity. In relation to the severity of symptomatology the product can be used pure or diluted.

Warnings
Before treatment remove any foreign material from the ulcerated area.

Do not suspend any prescribed antifungal therapies.
It is contraindicated in case of hypersensitivity ascertained towards the components.
