Mode of use
Take 1-2 sachets daily with plenty of water.
Contraindications
The product is contraindicated in cases of kidney disease, pregnancy and under 12 years.

The product contains creatine: in case of prolonged use (over 6-8 weeks) the doctor's advice is required.
